NY v LA! Dakota and Elle Fanning display their distinct styles as they touch down on opposite coasts

As sisters, they share an unbreakable bond, frequently uniting to attend events together.
And with their strikingly similar light eyes, blonde locks, and fair skin, they can't deny their relation.
Yet, Dakota and Elle Fanning are distinctly individual.
Showing their unique individuality, the two sported contrasting ensembles as they touched down on opposite coasts on Thursday.

Arriving back in New York City, Dakota, 19, displayed her East Coast style in fur-trimmed, black biker jacket - lined with leather, a charcoal T-shirt, and loose black trousers.

 
Opting for comfort for her long flight from Paris, the Twilight actress teamed the gothic pieces with a pair of simple black flats.
And she was clearly travelling in style, seen with a Louis Vuitton duffel bag, engraved with her initials 'DF,' and a black LV handbag, along with her blue suitcase.

Meanwhile, Elle, 15, appeared California cool in a boxy, silver-and-black patterned cropped jacket, silver shirt, and burnt orange leather mini skirt as she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport.
The Maleficent star opted to wear a pair of short, brown leather boots that featured a petite, chunky heel.
And her luggage was much more flashy and girly than her older sister's, handling a pink suitcase as a bright red bag fell from her shoulder.

The sisters had just arrived back from attending Paris Fashion Week, where they made sure no one mixed them up.
Dakota appeared mysterious and edgy in a long, black lace dress, as Elle was angelic and fun in a white, floral-embroidered number.
But they did have one thing in common, the two both had chosen platform blue heels to complete their ensembles.
