The cropped leggings are a bold sartorial choice, but not necessarily a good one.
But perhaps the newly trend-setting Kim may be able to triumph where Martha Stewart, who wore a gold sequinned pair, failed.

paired the pedal pushers with a high necked black top, which bared more
than a glimpse of her stomach, which is impressively flat following the
birth of her first child.But she swamped the look by adding her now signature oversized coat and with a pair of bedazzled high gold sandals which didn't suit the style as she made her way into the restaurant.
Her fiancé Kanye West has been stringent in his attempts to make her style choices classier and Kim Kardashian was all covered up on a family dinner date in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
However, her mother Kris Jenner could do with some help from Kanye as she let the side down in a low cut clingy black dress which gave a glimpse of her bra.
Joining the 58-year-old matriarch and Kim, 33, at Fins restaurant for some filming on Keeping up with the Kardashians, was Khloe Kardashian, 29, who opted for a more casual look.
