She has rarely been seen in public since giving birth to Baby North West on June 15.

However, it seems that Kim Kardashian is slowly getting back into the spotlight... in casual style.

The 32-year-old reality star was pictured flashing her newly-blonde locks in LA on Wednesday, keeping her post-baby body covered.

Baby North West was also pictured with a nanny arriving at City Hall, and it seems the new mother was there to get a passport made for her daughter, amid reports she will join Kim when she goes on tour with rapper boyfriend Kanye West later this year.

 
Dressed casually in a pair of loose-fitting grey combat trousers, Kim also went for comfort ditching her love of sky-high heels for a pair of simply black flip-flops.

She also kept her figure covered in a large pale jean jacket and baggy grey top underneath.

Kim - who was headed into City Hall with an assistant - is known for showing off her famous curves.

Since giving birth she is said to have been working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson on getting back into shape.

Speaking about Kim's weight loss Tracy told E! recently: 'She's a gorgeous woman. I think the reason why the weight is coming off is because she's very connected. I went and met little North and Kim's really taking it in stride,' Tracy revealed.

'She's really connected to the baby, which is what's important. She's focused on the baby and nursing and taking her time.'

However, Tracy also told UsWeekly shortly after the birth that Kim was feeling 'relaxed' towards losing weight.

And she certainly seems to be in no rush to get back into her skimpy outfits.
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Kim and Kanye are planning to take their daughter on the road to support the rapper during the North American leg of his The Yeezus Tour next month.

A source told website Radar: 'Nori will be back at the hotel. The new parents don't want her to be exposed to a lot of people, and random strangers.

'Kim thinks she and the baby will remain with Kanye throughout the North American leg, but life on the road is going to get very old, very fast.

'Kim is used to being the center of attention, even though she has a baby, some things will never change.
Kim recently revealed that she had resumed filming on her reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians by filming a Christmas special.

Wearing what appeared to be a silk dressing gown, the star sat around wrapped presents taking 'selfie' pictures.

After a long day on set, Kim tweeted to her 18.4m followers: 'Long beautiful work day with the family! Shot a very fun Christmas special! Can't wait to share more later! Night! Xo'.

A source close to the family told the NY Daily News that Kim is now not keen on the idea.

'You won’t be seeing North even once on the new season,' said the source.

'Kim decided no way is she going to be part of this circus.'
