Chisora to defend European heavyweight title on November 30 (and will be ringside for Klitschko's superfight with Povetkin)

Dereck Chisora is to defend his European heavyweight title on November 30 at The Copper Box Arena.
The Finchley-based fighter won the title at the same venue in the fifth round of a one-sided affair with Edmund Berber on September 21, over 21 months after many observers felt he had done so despite dropping a controversial split decision away to Finland's Robert Helenious in December 2011.
Chisora, who will be ringside for Wladimir Klitschko's WBO, IBF and WBA heavyweight title defence against Alexander Povetkin on Saturday in Moscow, said: 'This is the new Del Boy and this time I’m on the road to win the world heavyweight title.

'I love fighting at the Copper Box Arena and this is my new home. Whoever I have in front of me on November 30th is getting destroyed.'

The promising middleweight Billy Joe Saunders, incidentally, is to defend his British and Commonwealth titles, the first of which he hopes to win outright.
Saunders' close victory over the previously undefeated John Ryder was his second successful defence of his British title – three are needed to win a Lonsdale belt outright – and another win would represent the realisation of one of the traveller's long-term ambitions.

'I’m producing the best boxing of my career,' he said. 'But the year isn’t over yet and I’ve got the chance to win the Lonsdale Belt outright at the Copper Box Arena which will be end the year perfectly.'
The popular super middleweight Frank Buglioni is among those scheduled to fight on the undercard.
